WorkWitness vs We360.ai
We360 monitors your team in real-time with screenshots and activity dashboards. WorkWitness takes the same event data and writes you a plain-English brief on each teammate, delivered before standup. Same information. Very different relationship with your team.

Two different products, two different bets
Both tools track Windows activity data. What they do with that data — and how they relate to the people being tracked — is fundamentally different.
Every morning at 7am, WorkWitness sends one paragraph per teammate in plain English — naming who held a focus stretch, who looks quietly stuck, who carried the load past hours. You read prose, not rows of numbers.
We360 presents live activity dashboards, productivity scores, real-time screenshots, and timelines. Managers open a browser portal to read raw data. There is no AI narrative layer — interpretation is left entirely to you.
WorkWitness gives you both options. Run it visibly — the agent appears in Task Manager under its real name with a mode badge every employee can see. Or switch to silent mode for covert deployment. Either way, events-only mode limits capture to app events only, with no screenshots and no full URL paths.
We360 also supports silent mode for background monitoring. The key difference: WorkWitness pairs silent mode with a transparent alternative and a per-workspace events-only privacy layer. We360 has no mode badge and no events-only option — monitoring defaults are always-on.
WorkWitness is designed to align with India's DPDP Act, 2023. Sensitive strings are stripped before the AI model ever sees the data. Every workspace signs a Data Processing Agreement. Encryption in transit and at rest.
We360 is a global product priced in USD with no India-specific tier. DPDP Act alignment is not confirmed. Data is processed under general enterprise terms — adequate for global markets but not purpose-built for Indian compliance requirements.
The brief lands in your email and WhatsApp before standup. You do not open a URL to learn how yesterday went. The insight finds you where you already are.
We360's insights are accessed via a web dashboard or scheduled email reports. There is no WhatsApp delivery or AI-narrated morning summary. You must actively visit the portal to extract meaning from the data.

WorkWitness vs We360.ai: FAQ
Stop watching. Start knowing.
WorkWitness writes you a paragraph on each teammate every morning. It takes five minutes to install. It is free for teams of three or fewer. You will know more about how your team's day went than any real-time dashboard will ever tell you — without the surveillance dynamic that makes great employees quit.
